Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted on stock (non-custom) items only.
- Custom made items are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are created specifically for each order, unless otherwise approved by the seller.
- All return requests must be approved by the seller before an item is sent back.
Seller Error
If an error occurs on the seller's end (such as receiving the wrong item or a misspelling):
- The seller will cover the return postage.
- The item must be returned in BRAND NEW condition, exactly as received by the buyer.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued as appropriate.
Buyer Error
If an error occurs on the buyer's end (such as ordering the wrong item or sent the wrong spelling):
- Returns may be accepted at the seller's discretion.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The item must be returned in BRAND NEW condition, exactly as received.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received, inspected, and approved by the seller.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
Custom Items
Custom items are final sale. However, in the rare event of an approved return due to an error:
- The same conditions outline above apply.
- Items must be returned in BRAND NEW condition.
- Refunds will be only processed after inspection and approval.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
- All orders include tracking.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
